Our services
Smartteam provides Shopify design, development, UX/UI and ongoing design support. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for your project are set out in your written proposal, which forms part of these terms.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are quoted in the currency shown on your proposal and exclude local taxes.
- Projects normally begin with a deposit, with the balance invoiced at agreed milestones.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card details.
Delivery
Deliverables are supplied digitally to the email address or shared workspace you provide. Timelines depend on receiving your content, approvals and store access on schedule.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and lawful content, and to hold the rights or licences for any material you supply to us.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you. Third-party assets, and our internal tools, frameworks and pre-existing components, remain the property of their owners and are licensed to you for use in the project.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and we do not guarantee specific sales or ranking outcomes.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
These are covered by our cancellation policy, return policy and refund and dispute policy, which form part of these terms.
